Conveyancing is the process of transferring legal and financial ownership of property or land from one person to another.

Sonia Jarrad, the principal of Arafura Conveyancing has a Certificate in Land Broking from South Australia, (now a Diploma of Conveyancing).  This course includes extensive study of property law and the many Acts touching on that law.  Sonia is licensed in both South Australia and Northern Territory.

Conveyancers deal solely in real estate transactions, so they generally have an experience and expertise that many Solicitors lack.
