• Sign any discharge of mortgage or other authorities provided by Arafura Conveyancing to discharge your loan or other encumbrances over the property and the transfer in a timely manner.
• As utilities are personal, you will need to organise final readings and disconnection or transfer of electricity, gas, phone etc services to your new home
• Building Insurance should NOT be cancelled until after settlement as the property is at your risk until that date.  You can then claim a refund of any portion of the premium to which you may be entitled.
