  • Apply for finance with your Lending Institution and follow the process through to ensure approval met by the date set in the contract.
  • Sign mortgage documents and transfers as provided by your lending institution and Arafura Conveyancing.
  • Organise final readings and disconnection of electricity, phone and gas at your current home and transfer of these services to your new home.
  • Provide Arafura Conveyancing with any funds you are contributing to the property.
  • Organise building insurance over your new property
  • Collect keys from the agent after Arafura Conveyancing rings you to confirm settlement is complete.
